1. Property Manager

  • Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations for portfolio of properties, ensuring they meet defined efficiency standards and manage teams (cleaners, maintenance, guest services).

  • Skills Needed: Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving and customer service skills.

2. Guest Experience Manager

  • Responsibilities: Ensure guests have a positive experience from booking to check-out. Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure all amenities are functioning correctly.

  • Skills Needed: Strong communication, hospitality knowledge, empathy, and multitasking..

3. Revenue Manager

  • Responsibilities: Maximize occupancy and profitability by setting dynamic pricing, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor listings.

  • Skills Needed: Analytical mindset, knowledge of pricing strategies, and experience with tools like AirDNA, Pricelabs, etc.

4. Marketing Specialist

  • Responsibilities: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract new guests and promote properties. Manage SEO, social media accounts, and paid ads.

  • Skills Needed: Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and analytics tools.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance Coordinator

  • Responsibilities: Ensure that properties are cleaned and maintained to hospitality standards. Schedule and supervise cleaning staff and arrange for repairs when necessary.

  • Skills Needed: Organization, attention to detail, and strong vendor management skills.

6. Customer Support Representative

  • Responsibilities: Provide support to both guests and management, handling booking inquiries, cancellations, and troubleshooting issues.

  • Skills Needed: Excellent communication, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

7. Technology Specialist (IT)

  • Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot software used by the management company (property management systems, booking engines, etc.). Implement tech solutions for efficiency.

  • Skills Needed: IT knowledge, software integration, and troubleshooting.

8. Content Creator (Social Media)

  • Responsibilities: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, or property listings to attract potential guests and improve brand visibility.

  • Skills Needed: Creative writing, photography, video editing, and social media marketing.

9. Business Development Manager

  • Responsibilities: Identify and create new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth strategies for the company. This may include sourcing new properties to manage, negotiate contracts and property leasing process.

  • Skills Needed: Strategic thinking, networking, negotiation, real estate knowledge.

10. Housekeeping Staff

  • Responsibilities: Clean and prepare properties between guest stays. Ensure all amenities are stocked and that the property is in top condition for the next guest.

  • Skills Needed: Attention to detail, speed, and ability to follow cleaning checklists.

11. Maintenance Technicians

  • Responsibilities: Perform minor repairs and upkeep on properties, such as plumbing, electrical issues, or general troubleshooting.

  • Skills Needed: Technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and problem-solving.
