2. Guest Experience Manager

Responsibilities: Ensure guests have a positive experience from booking to check-out. Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure all amenities are functioning correctly.

3. Revenue Manager

Responsibilities: Maximize occupancy and profitability by setting dynamic pricing, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor listings.

Skills Needed: Analytical mindset, knowledge of pricing strategies, and experience with tools like AirDNA, Pricelabs, etc.
4. Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract new guests and promote properties. Manage SEO, social media accounts, and paid ads.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities: Ensure that properties are cleaned and maintained to hospitality standards. Schedule and supervise cleaning staff and arrange for repairs when necessary.
