Vacant Property Management

BlueLeaf also offers its Property Management Services for properties/land/plot that are vacant or unoccupied. These are especially helpful to keep away squatters and ensure that vacant properties are kept well maintained against the vagarities of weather and other external issues.

Our Vacant Property Management Services include:
* Dedicated Property Manager assigned to your account as your Single Point of Contact during the entire 12 month duration. 
* Periodic visits/inspections to your property by our own staff to make sure all is in order (with photos provided to Client (Once a month & can also be arranged Weekly/Fortnightly).
* Arranging any and all maintenance and repairs across Plumbing, Electricals, etc.
* Regular Pest control, Termite repair work, bird nest removal, etc.
* Dealing with any emergencies.
* Collecting any mail on your behalf.
* Payment of any bills (such as utility bills, property taxes, service charges, insurance, telephone, broadband, etc).
* Arranging periodic cleaning services.
* Key holding.
* Managing additional services like Security Guards, caretakers, etc.
* Arranging and overseeing any refurbishment and/or redecoration.
