BlueLeaf is a full-service rental management company that specializes in Short Term Rentals – from Marketing & Management. We handler everything from the listing photography and descriptions/amenities, pricing, bookings, guest communication and even 5* cleaning to prepare your home for the next guests besides taking care of all maintenance issues.
We also offer a Home furnishing service to design your property into a perfect rental home.
What is your Pricing?
We charge around 8% of Revenue as Service Fee for our Marketing Pack and around 12% for our full Management Pack. You can find the pack details on our AirBnB Management page.
Are there any extra charges?
Not really, but any additional charges can include among others –
Any Cleaning service carried out after your own stay in the property OR any maintenance/upkeep works carried out in the property.
I’m not very comfortable with variable pricing, do you also have any fixed rental plan?
We do offer a 100% Fixed Rent Guarantee plan that gets you an assured income every month irrespective of any variables. Please connect with us to see if your property can fit in this plan.
Will you list my property on Airbnb?
That is our speciality – we are AirBnB certified SuperHosts and will even create and manage your profile for you.
Can I check all the bookings made in my property?
Yes of course, you have access to your booking report that details all the bookings received in your property.
Should I be worried about guests damaging my property?
Airbnb fully ensures your property. And for bookings where the guest has not made a security deposit payment, we take it from them on arrival, and return it at check out after property inspection.
Will I also be able to stay in the property sometime?
Most definitely, just let us know when you would like to stay and we will block the calendar accordingly. After all, it is your home!
